From Atlanta:
Take I 75 South to Exit 39.  Turn left (East) on to Highway 37, proceed to the first traffic light and turn right on to Highway 76 South.  Approximately five miles out, Highway 76 crosses the railroad tracks. After crossing the railroad-tracks, continue for one more mile until you come to the first paved road on your right (Greggs Road).  Turn right on to Greggs Road  and continue 2.5 miles until you see the Live Oak Plantation entrance on your left.  Welcome!
 
From Valdosta:
Leaving the airport, take I-75 north to exit 29, Hahira/Barney exit. Turn left on to Highway 122 West to Barney.  At the intersection of Highway 76 and 122 in Barney, turn right on to Highway 76 North. After crossing Little River, turn left on to the first  paved road which is (Greggs Road).  There will be a Live Oak Plantation sign on your left.  Turn left on to Greggs Road  and continue 2.5 miles until you see Live Oak Plantation entrance on your left.  Welcome!
 
From Tallahassee:
Take Thomasville Highway 319 to Thomasville.  Highway 319 takes you through Thomasville to a 4 lane intersection which is Highway 19, turn Right and go ¾ mile  to the traffic light, turn left on Highway 122 to Pavo, then to Barney.  In Barney cross the Railroad Tracks and turn left on to Highway 76 North.  After crossing Little River, turn left on the first paved road (Greggs Road).  Continue for 2.5 miles until you see the Live Oak Plantation entrance on your left. Welcome!
