QUAIL HUNTING

Full Day Hunt - We will accommodate a minimum of two hunters at $2600.00 plus tax, a group of three people at $3900.00 and a group of four hunters at $4000.00 plus tax. Any groups over four will be an additional $1000.00 per person. For groups of less than 4, the minimum will still apply so bring your friends or clients. This will include overnight stay with 3 of our outstanding meals, guide, dogs and no limit on birds!!

Half Day Hunt - We will accommodate a minimun of 4 hunters at $2750.00 plus tax for the group with 4 hunters to the wagon. This will include lunch, guide, dogs and no limit on birds!!

DEER HUNTING

November Hunts | $2500

September-October and December | $2000 

Deer Hunting | Only allowing 25 Hunters throughout the season!

Spend the afternoons in the stand or kick around the plantation fishing

We are set up to accommodate either gun or bow hunting!

Deer hunts include the taking of one doe and one trophy buck.

Trophy buck to be considered any buck consisting of 8 or more points with the horns past and taller than the ears.

Penalty: There is a $2500.00 penalty for shooting a deer that is undersized or taken after all tags are filled.

TURKEY HUNTING

2 Day Turkey Hunts $1100
2 Overnight Stays
All meals to be served at the lodge
2 Morning Hunts
2 Roostings (finding the gobblers on the property)

Spend the midday Fishing or relaxing at the lodge!

Turkey Hunts include one gobbler per hunter.
If a second gobbler is taken it is an additional $350.                      

RESERVATIONS

All reservations require a 50% deposit per hunter for confirmation.  This deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to your scheduled hunt.  A valid credit card is required to book your hunt.  Within 30 days of a scheduled hunt, the guest becomes responsible for full payment of actual bookings made in his name. We can accommodate as many as 8 hunters and our minimum requirement is 2 hunters.

*Gratuities for guides, cooks and lodge staff are a matter of personal preference and are not included in the posted prices. We recommend any tips be handled individually or through our business office.
*Price does not include 7% Georgia sales tax or 5% county hotel tax.
 
Conference Center…………..$350.00  per day (Pricing on meals and lodging upon requests)

Absolutely NO CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL prior to any shooting activity.
